A safer bathroom, installed this week. Anchored into real structure, ADA / TAS §609 compliant, and one flat price that includes everything.
SteadyBars installations are ADA and TAS §609 compliant, rated for 250 lb loads, anchored into structural framing, and load-tested before we leave.
The bathroom is the most dangerous room in the house. A properly anchored grab bar is the single highest-return safety upgrade you can make.

Pick how many bars and request a time online or by phone — nothing to pay up front. We ask a few questions about your bathroom (tub or walk-in, wall type, who's using it) and confirm the exact all-inclusive price. No in-home sales visit.
Takes 3 minutesOn arrival, our CAPS-certified installer walks the bathroom with you, maps the studs or solid blocking behind the wall, and recommends placement for the person who'll actually use the bar — not a generic template. You pick the finish and length on the spot.
Included, day of installPrecision mounting with commercial-grade anchors into tile, stone, fiberglass, acrylic or drywall. Every bar goes into structure and is set to ADA / TAS §609 geometry.
30–60 min per barWe load-test every bar in front of you, walk you through how to use it, vacuum the dust, and leave. You pay when the job is done and you're happy with it.
Pay after the installMost homes need two or three. Here's where they do the most good — and the spacing we install to.
A diagonal bar on the long wall gives a moving hand-hold through the whole step-over — the exact moment most tub falls happen.

SteadyBars installs professional-grade grab bars for homes, businesses and care facilities across Dallas–Fort Worth. Founded by a native Texan born and raised in DFW, we keep it simple: clear pricing, respectful service, and safer spaces done right.
We're one of only two truly local companies in the Metroplex that do nothing but grab bars. No upsells to walk-in tubs, no handyman guessing at wall structure — just the one thing, done to the standard a hospital would expect. English and basic Spanish spoken.
"We treat every home like it's our own."
Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties. Nearby? Ask — we may travel.
Our home base. We're in Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, Southlake, Grapevine, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, North Richland Hills, Mansfield and Burleson every week — often with next-day availability.
From Lakewood and Preston Hollow to Irving, Garland, Richardson, Carrollton, Grand Prairie, Mesquite and Coppell. Older Dallas homes often hide plaster or double-drywall — we find solid structure every time.
Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Wylie, Prosper and Celina. Newer construction usually means standard stud framing and fast, clean installs — typically under an hour for a single bar.
Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, The Colony, Little Elm, Highland Village and Argyle. We bring every finish and length on the truck so the job is finished in one visit — no second trip.
Communities we serve every week:
ADA / TAS §609-compliant layouts for public and commercial restrooms, installed after hours if you need it. Same flat per-bar pricing, volume scheduling for multi-bathroom projects.
No in-home sales visit, no pressure. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm your price and the next available slot.
Thanks — we've got your details and we'll be in touch shortly with your confirmed price and the next available slot.

One flat, all-inclusive price: $329 for the first bar and $299 for each additional bar installed in the same visit — so two bars are $628 and three are $927. That covers the premium 304 stainless bar in your choice of finish and length, all hardware and anchors, professional installation into studs or solid blocking, load testing and cleanup. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Near the toilet (33–36 inches from the floor), in the shower on the control and back walls, and beside the bathtub. ADA guidance calls for a horizontal bar extending at least 18 inches from the control wall. Our free safety assessment sets placement for the person who'll actually use the bar.
Yes. Every installation follows ADA and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) §609 geometry for residential, commercial, healthcare and public facility use. In private homes ADA compliance isn't legally required, but we install to it anyway because it's the proven safety standard. Bars are anchored into structural framing and rated for a 250 lb load.
You can, and if you'd rather supply your own bar we'll install it for the same per-bar price. But a grab bar is only as strong as what it's anchored to. Professional installation ensures secure anchoring into studs or solid blocking and correct positioning, and prevents the loose bars and cracked tile that make up most of our repair calls. Never rely on suction-cup bars for body weight — they can fail suddenly in humid conditions.
Yes. We install into ceramic and porcelain tile, natural stone, fiberglass and acrylic surrounds, and standard drywall. We verify proper anchoring into studs or solid blocking before every installation so the bar holds firm for decades.
No. The price includes a premium 18-gauge 304 stainless steel bar in any of eight finishes — brushed, polished, peened, knurled, matte black, oil-rubbed bronze, brushed brass or white — and any length from 12" to 48". Already own a bar? We'll install it for the same flat price.
Most single bars take 30–60 minutes and a full three-bar bathroom is done in under 90 minutes, including the walk-through and cleanup. We schedule most installs within the same week and can often be out within 48 hours across DFW. Coming home from a hospital or rehab stay? Tell us and we'll prioritise it.
High-quality 304-grade stainless steel is virtually rust-proof even in humid bathrooms and keeps its appearance and strength for decades with minimal maintenance. That's the only grade we install.
After the work is done. There's no deposit — you pay by card, check or cash once the install is complete and load-tested in front of you. Receipts are emailed. Sales tax applies where required by Texas law.
