CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR STEADYBARS.COM

At SteadyBars, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our installation packages, which include grab bars, hardware, and installation services. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your installation package, please review our return policy below.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Eligibility: You may cancel your installation package for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Process:

    • Contact Us: Contact sales@steadybars.com or call 817.670.8150 to request a cancellation.

    • Refund:

      • Before 48 Hours: We will refund your original payment method within ten business days.

      • Within 48 Hours: A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within ten business days.

 

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Custom-sized or specially finished grab bars are only eligible for return if a defect or error occurs.

  • Once the installation service has been completed, the package is non-refundable unless there is a defect or error.
